| On this past Sunday ,the Lord did bless us with one of his finest anointed messengers. Elder Anthony Coachman, Pastor of the Holy Deliverance Minstries and Church Of Mobile, he delighted us with the word from God saying "WHOSE PRISONER ARE YOU". The message text was from Ephesians 4: 1-32 verses. Elder Coachman told us that the writer of this chapter ,Paul, was trying to tell the saints of that time and the saints of today; That there are benefits from being totally committed to GOD. He ask us whether we were a prisoner of GOD or a prisoner of the Devil. Pastor Coachman stated that if we were the devil's prisoner;You have lose your freedom of choice for life. He went on to say that once a prisoner of the Devil, you began to lie , steal, kill, and finally you die for him. Pastor Coachman told us some good news from the text today he said " That all is not lost." He was telling us that the old life we lived as sinners was behind us once we became prisoners of GOD. Elder Coachman went on to share with us some of the benefits and they were as follows: He said, " You will have joy, total peace of mind, love , a loving father,and everlasting life with GOD." Pastor Coachman concluded by say that this life was not promised to be easy but if we hang in there and live this new life the GOD has ask us to do than we just may make to heaven. |
